Other duties include reception of phone in housekeeping department, monitoring and dispatching calls for maintenance, also support for Housekeeping Manager in all housekeeping activities.

Supervise children. Implement programs and maintain a safe environment for children. Post Daily schedule. Safely transport children in Colony Vehicles. Obtain and maintain a complete knowledge of all CDR programs and activities. Register, sign-in and sign-out children to and from the daily activities. Complete daily paperwork. Attend monthly staff meetings. Other duties include Data entry, Birthday card mailing program, Research and development of children’s programming.

Hair Stylist/Nail Technician – Part time

Work with client to evaluate and understand what the guest would like to change in appearance and to carry out task, i.e. Hairstyle, manicure/pedicure/nail repair.    Must be proficient in all aspects of caring for and treating of hair and nails.  Only natural nail services are performed.

Provide assistance to Colony employees and job applicants. Pre-screen job applicants and process applications. Enter new hires and terminations into the payroll system. Maintain all employee files. Prepare and conduct New Hire and Benefits orientations. At least 2 years of general office experience required. 1 year Human Resources experience preferred.

Responsible for the setup of the function rooms, as well as serving the meal courses as needed. Clears all tables after each function, and stores equipment in the proper place. Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner. Responsibility for obtaining all loss reports, investigate, follow-up and determine course of action and then communicate such determination. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Knowledge of use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible shift
